I listen to a lot of Feeder while writing. It’s something to do with the feel of their songs, and this was particularly true during the writing of Yours Remotely. To be honest, Feeder is one of the bands I imagined The Remotes sounding like. Why Feeder hasn’t achieved such world domination is beyond me, but I guess that’s the real world we live in.
Feeder always has beautiful lyrics, and this song is no exception - so heart-felt.
