Daffodils.

Daffodils.

It’s spring!

Daffodils are one of the sure signs of spring arriving in Ireland. Another one is lambs being born, and I wanted to get a photo of them, but they have been a bit camera-shy. They are so cute, and I love watching them running around and playing. Living in the Irish countryside, there’s no shortage of sheep around here.

This year, daffodils tried to pop up as early as the start of January, after a mild Christmas, but the frost and snow later in the month put a stop to that. Now they’re back with a vengeance, and I’m happy to see them. A few more weeks, and summer will be here!
