Perhaps best known for The Middle, Jimmy Eat World has several other good songs. This is my favourite. Unfortunately, it’s another song that has not got an official video, so all you’re getting is an audio version.

This is another track that always makes me think of my mother; it probably makes everyone think of someone they have lost. This is a beautiful song with such heartfelt lyrics. A friend of mine was lucky enough to get to tell the band what this song means to him. From what I have heard, the Jimmy Eat World guys are top gents. Don’t underestimate how important being nice is in the music business; I make a point of only following bands who are lovely people and make good music. If you’re in a band just starting out, trust me on this; it’s a winning formula.
